Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じません。

ご注文と異なる商品が配達された場合やサビや折れ・巻き線のほつれにより使用不可能な場合(未使用の場合に限る)など、当店が不良品と認めた場合は商品到着後、4営業日以内にご連絡をお願い致します。
但し、下記の場合の返品はお受け出来ません。

① お客様の都合による返品。
② 商品到着後4日以上経過してからのお申し出。
③ 一度使用されたり、破損、付属品の欠品などのままで商品が再販できない状態の商品。

現物商品で交換不可の場合に限り返金処理をさせて頂きます。この場合、送料、手数料共にご返金させて頂きます。
